Job summary

Podtech Data Centers Inc. in Vancouver, Canada, seeks an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive FedRAMP and regulatory risk programs. You will build governance frameworks and manage external assessors, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HITRUST.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in cybersecurity or IT program management.
• Proven FedRAMP program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessment programs and monitor residual risk.
• Develop governance frameworks aligning business objectives with regs and security
• Drive FedRAMP authorization from strategy to implementation.
• Manage relationships with 3PAOs, consultants, and other partners.
• Prepare and submit FedRAMP deliverables (SSP, policies, procedures).
• Develop security and privacy policies aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST, FedRAMP.
• Support approvals, exception handling, and attestation processes.
• Lead readiness for ISO 27001, HITRUST, FedRAMP audits.
• Stay updated on regulatory and tech risks to improve the GRC program.
