The position offers the option of either working full-time in office or a hybrid work-from-home option. As a member of the corporate graphics group, the individual should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with time management, conceptualization, and design abilities from concept to completion. The candidate should be able to work well within the guidelines established by the Senior Graphic Design Manager and apply best practices, tools, processes, and formats to ensure effective, consistent graphics that follow the firm's design standards.

• Designing and formatting proposals using Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign;
• Understanding and translating concepts to create and communicate the project vision with innovative, creative solutions;
• Preparing design concepts efficiently with creative flair and confidence to maintain overall consistency;
• Using corporate brand elements for the Geosyntec Family of Companies;
• Collaborating with copywriters, technical editors, and other content creators to develop graphic design concepts supporting marketing strategies;
• Creating new graphics and templates for Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to produce informative and persuasive presentations;
• Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics;
• Managing time effectively and prioritizing deadlines while handling multiple projects;
• Acting as quality control lead during file production for print, including final delivery and proofing;
• Developing design templates for various graphic applications;
• Building strong working relationships with internal clients.
