Job Description:

The Wealth Client & Colleague Experience team brings legendary to life daily. We are part of Wealth National Office, partnering with Direct Investing, Financial Planning, Private Wealth Management, and TD Asset Management to enrich the lives of clients, colleagues, and community.

The successful candidate will join the in-house creative team, supporting ongoing initiatives for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and work within templates to produce materials reflecting brand guidelines, including event collateral, marketing materials, PPT, and UX design.
• Manage projects from brief to delivery, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and communicating expectations effectively.
• Support the creation of marketing tools like sales presentations, brochures, and digital content.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Design or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an agency or in-house environment supporting corporate clients.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, MS Office, and animation tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and technical skills, including knowledge of web technologies and accessibility standards.

Additional Requirements:

• Hybrid work model requiring set days in the office.
• Provide up to 10 portfolio samples of relevant work.
