Qualifications

• 10+ years of government affairs or public policy experience.
• Experience influencing federal/provincial policy in Canada.
• Ability to advise executives and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal and provincial government affairs strategy across Canada.
• Represent Amrize with Ministers' offices and policy staff.
• Build relationships with federal departments on infrastructure, housing, and procurement.
• Advance policy outcomes for domestic manufacturing and local supply chains.
• Engage on Buy Canadian / Build Canada Strong frameworks and procurement.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting operations and permitting.
