The role is hands-on, requiring 5-10+ years in golf course irrigation installation and experience with large renovations on active courses. You will coordinate field crews, interpret plans, and work closely with management and the course team to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-schedule delivery.

NOW HIRING — SENIOR GOLF COURSE IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN / PROJECT LEAD

H2O Integrated Inc. is looking for an experienced Golf Course Irrigation Technician / Project Lead to join our team for a major 18-hole golf course irrigation renovation in British Columbia.

This is a hands-on field leadership position for someone who knows golf course irrigation construction inside and out.

We are looking for an individual with 5-10+ years of golf course irrigation installation experience, ideally including large-scale renovations on active golf courses.

WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR

• Golf course irrigation installation and renovation
• Working safely and efficiently on an active golf course
• Reading and interpreting irrigation plans and construction drawings
• Field layout and translating plans into daily installation activities
• Organizing crews, equipment and materials to keep production moving
• Large-diameter HDPE pipe installation and fusion
• Vibratory plowing of irrigation pipe and wire
• Trenching, excavation and equipment operation
• Irrigation control wiring, splicing, testing and troubleshooting
• Valve, sprinkler and irrigation component installation
• Creating and maintaining accurate as-built drawings and field records
• Coordinating daily work around golf operations and other contractors
• Identifying problems in the field and finding practical solutions quickly

THE ROLE

You will work closely with H2O Integrated management, our field crews and the golf course team to help deliver the project safely, efficiently and on schedule.

We need someone who can look at the plans, understand what needs to happen next, lay out the work and keep crews organized and productive every day.

You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with both the crew and the client, provide direction in the field, track progress and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

This isn’t a desk-only project management position.

You need to know how to build golf course irrigation systems and be willing to work alongside the crew when required.
