Job summary

Aarista Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design robust Go backend services and feature-rich React frontends. This backend-leaning role powers a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform, delivering RESTful APIs and real-time data features.

You will implement secure auth flows, data pipelines, and AI-assisted coding features while building dashboards, data grids, and responsive interfaces for complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go for production REST APIs, concurrency patterns, and databases (MongoDB, SQL Server).
• Solid experience with React—hooks, Redux, MUI, and data visualization.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred): Blob Storage, App Services, and Pipelines.
• Familiarity with authentication systems (OAuth2, JWT, Auth0).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Comfort working in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs in GoLang, from schema to production.
• Build and maintain integrations with MongoDB, SQL Server (via GORM), and Azure Blob Storage.
• Implement authentication and authorization flows using Auth0 / JWT.
• Develop real-time features with WebSockets and schedule recurring work via cron jobs.
• Build services for EDI transaction processing.
• Write database migrations and safeguard data integrity across multi-tenant environments.
• Integrate AI/ML services to power medical coding suggestions.
• Produce and maintain clear Swagger / OpenAPI documentation.
• Frontend: Build responsive UIs with React, Vite, and TypeScript.
• Develop complex data grids and dashboards using AG Grid Enterprise, Chart.js.
• Build forms and validation with MUI (Material UI).
• Integrate feature flag management via the OpenFeature SDK.
• Write E2E tests with Cypress and unit tests with Vitest.

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who is equally comfortable architecting robust backend services in GoLang and building rich, data-heavy interfaces in React. This is a backend-leaning role (roughly 70% Go, 30% React) on a multi-tenant SaaS platform in the healthcare technology space.

You’ll design and ship RESTful APIs that power real-time features, EDI transaction processing, and AI-assisted medical coding, while also crafting the dashboards and data grids that put that information in front of users. If you enjoy working close to the data, care about correctness in a multi-tenant environment, and like owning features end to end, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop RESTful APIs in GoLang, from schema to production.
• Build and maintain integrations with MongoDB, SQL Server (via GORM), and Azure Blob Storage.

• Write E2E tests with Cypress and unit tests with Vitest.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• 7-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go - building production REST APIs, applying concurrency patterns, and working with databases (MongoDB, SQL Server).
• Solid experience with React - hooks, state management (Redux), component libraries (MUI), and data visualization.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred): Blob Storage, App Services, and Pipelines.
• Familiarity with both relational and document databases (SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Experience with authentication systems (OAuth2, JWT, Auth0).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Comfort working in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare domain knowledge - EDI standards (837 / 835 / 277 / 999), RCM workflows, and medical coding (CPT / ICD-10).
• Experience with Apache Spark / Databricks / Delta Lake.
• Familiarity with data pipeline patterns (medallion architecture, ETL).
• Experience with AI/ML integration in production systems.
• Knowledge of feature flag systems for gradual rollouts.
