MineSense Technologies in Vancouver is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to lead planning, inventory, logistics, and receiving for manufacturing, field services, and customer deployments across Canada and Latin America.

You will build scalable processes, ensure material availability, and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams. The role emphasizes leadership, ERP experience, and international freight coordination.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, planning, logistics, or related roles.
• 2–4+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Experience across supply/demand planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial tech, equipment, mining, or similar environments preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is an asset but not required.

Mansioni

• Lead shipping and receiving operations and movement of equipment/materials across Canada, Chile and Peru.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics for equipment, parts, and service materials.
• Coordinate domestic/international logistics, including freight, customs, and shipment visibility.
• Position inventory to support manufacturing, deployments, field service, and replacements.
• Own inventory-control processes and establish controls for receipts, transfers, and shipments.
• Improve freight cost, reliability, inventory accuracy and overall logistics efficiency.
• Lead month-end close activities and resolve inventory discrepancies with Finance.
