This is a remote / hybrid position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in Ontario, Canada. Please note if you are located in Ottawa, Canada you will be expected to work from our headquarters in Ottawa 3 days per week.
As a key member of our Total Rewards team, the Senior Global Compensation Analyst will lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across multiple regions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Kinaxis’ global business objectives.
