Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Senior Github SME to lead strategic GitHub Enterprise adoption, DevEx improvements, and DevSecOps modernization across the organization.

You will partner with executives to shape the enterprise developer platform strategy and guide secure software delivery with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Azure services. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering developer-centric platforms that boost productivity

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with GitHub Enterprise and DevEx initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead DevSecOps transformations and AI-powered software engineering initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership to define and execute enterprise developer platform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic advisor for GitHub Enterprise adoption across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership for Developer Experience (DevEx) initiatives.
• Lead DevSecOps transformation and AI-powered software engineering practices.
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute enterprise developer platform strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive modernization initiatives across the software engineering organization.
• Standardize engineering practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Improve developer productivity through platform and process enhancements.
• Enable secure software delivery using GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, GitHub Advanced Security, and Azure ecosystem services.
