A leading energy company in Alberta seeks a Sr. Geologist to optimize resource development of SAGD assets. Reporting directly to the Manager, Geoscience, the Sr. Geologist plays a key role in unlocking and optimizing resource development of MEG's SAGD assets. As a member of the subsurface team, you will work closely with the Geophysics, Reservoir, Production, Drilling, and Development teams, collectively contributing to drive MEG's success. At MEG, the Geologist role is exceptionally well rounded. In this role you will be engaged in continued exploration of our top tier asset(s), working closely with the Reservoir and Production engineers to enhance production of new and existing SAGD patterns, then applying those learnings to plan and execute future development.
