We're Hiring: Senior Fund Accountant – Investment Services

Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid Work Model

A global investment firm is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant. If you have a strong background in private equity fund accounting and are ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle fund accounting for private equity clients (NAVs, accruals, pricing, reconciliations)
• Ensure accurate portfolio valuations aligned with fund documents and policies
• Calculate and allocate capital calls, distributions, fees, and waterfalls
• Handle investor allocations and capital activity booking
• Prepare NAV packages and meet ad hoc reporting requirements
• Support audits and regulatory filings
• Respond to internal and client requests in a timely manner
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting (CPA designation is a plus)
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures and accounting
