About the Team

The Workday Success Plans Delivery Team ensures customers maximize the value of their Workday products through post go-live support, including feature assessments and full deployments to meet evolving business needs.

About the Role

We seek individuals passionate about helping customers overcome HR technology challenges and driven to achieve high customer satisfaction. The role involves facilitating understanding of complex concepts, delivering innovative services, and supporting customers in optimizing their Workday applications.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service confidently and consistently.
2. Understanding customer requirements quickly and effectively.
3. Sharing industry best practices and configuring solutions.
4. Supporting multiple customers on short-term projects.
5. Helping customers become self-sufficient and learn new features.
6. Collaborating within a team to enhance productivity and demonstrate strengths.
7. Responding to Ask-an-Expert requests through research, configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and clear communication.
8. Partnering with Engagement Managers to deliver workshops, reviews, and health checks.
9. Delivering additional services like webinars, tenant reviews, and feature accelerators.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management software and consulting on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Talent and Learning product areas.
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or as a Workday SME.

Other Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of HR systems and processes, with the ability to learn Workday concepts and features.
• Certification or ability to certify in Workday HCM products.
• Experience influencing and collaborating with senior leaders.
• Ability to lead design meetings and deliver results within project plans.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with global implementations.
• Capacity to manage multiple engagements and demonstrate critical thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; willingness to travel up to 10%.
