Job description

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be deeply involved in the implementation of the Intelcom Route Management software that helps our operations build the most efficient routes for our drivers.

Responsibilities :

• Writing high-quality Java code and resolving technical issues
• Fully testing the code written with Unit, Integration, Load, and End-to-End tests
• Developing innovative, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant software solutions
• Contributing to software design and aligning with long-term goals
• Promoting best practices and mentoring junior developers
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Guiding the team in technical decisions and staying updated
• Ensuring software quality and adherence to standards
• Participating in project planning, tracking progress, and managing risks
• Facilitating team communication and bridging gaps
• Engaging with clients or customers and addressing concerns
• Other duties as assigned, related to system integration and software development

Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years’ software development experience
• A thorough understanding of cloud architecture and data structures
• Proficiency in Java or C# and strong system design skills.
• Extensive experience in either React, Angular, or another modern front-end framework
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with geocoding providers like Google Maps, Bing Maps, or OpenStreetMap is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure or AWS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
