Your mission, should you accept it:
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will develop new products and innovate within our existing technology stack. This involves research, analysis, design, planning, teamwork, collaboration, and mentoring. You'll participate in every aspect of engineering and receive guidance to learn, optimize, and grow each quarter.
Responsibilities:
- Gain insight into our challenges, business model, and product.
- Create software solutions through stakeholder collaboration, system analysis, and adherence to the development lifecycle.
- Familiarize yourself with our current tech stack, including microservices, C# / .NET, React / Typescript, REST APIs, SQL, and AWS.
- Continuously roll out new features.
- Assess operational feasibility, analyze problems, specify requirements, and propose solutions.
- Document solutions with clear code, diagrams, and documentation.
- Improve operations by analyzing processes and suggesting enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest development tools and techniques, and expand your knowledge through education and networking.
- Practice secure coding and maintain confidentiality.
- Support and mentor fellow engineers, providing guidance and coaching.
- Uphold and promote company coding standards, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate to brainstorm and develop new products and features, estimating delivery times.
- Make swift, informed decisions and take ownership of large-scale services and applications.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS application development.
- A curious mindset, passion for learning, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in the .NET framework (C#) and React (Typescript), or similar languages.
- Strong SQL and database management skills.
- Experience working within AWS/Azure environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to clarify data requirements.
- Focus on delivering practical, valuable solutions for users.
- Embrace an agile, iterative approach, with attention to recognizing and fixing mistakes.
