Job summary

Government of Ontario — Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement seeks a senior, hands-on Full Stack Software Developer and Technical Lead in Toronto, onsite, for a fixed-term contract from September 21, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Design, develop, integrate, and support secure, scalable enterprise applications using Node.js, Next.js, React, Java, and .NET/C#.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience delivering enterprise applications.
• Minimum 2 years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Experience delivering CRM, customer service, or case management solutions.
• Strong development experience with Node.js, Next.js, React, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL Server, Spring Boot, Tomcat, and Oracle/SQL databases.
• Hands-on Azure experience covering Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, API Management, Storage, and Key Vault.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture; MuleSoft experience is required by the stated technical requirements.
• Experience creating solution designs, documentation, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, code review, and Agile delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise full-stack applications.
• Develop and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse solutions.
• Build secure, scalable REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Develop cloud solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, API Management, Storage, and Key Vault.
• Apply .NET/C#, SQL Server, Spring Boot, Tomcat, and Oracle/SQL databases where required.
• Design solution architectures, technical specs, integration patterns, and deployment plans.
• Support permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, and compliance workflows.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and drive development standards.
