Senior Full Stack Developer (Java / Angular) We are seeking two Senior Full Stack Developers for a high-profile, 100% onsite contract with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (Labour and Transportation Cluster). In this role, you will lead the modernization of critical operational reporting systems, migrating existing WebFOCUS frameworks into a modern, Azure-hosted web application.
Project Background: WebFOCUS is the legacy reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) framework currently supporting critical Ministry of Transportation (MTO) operations. This initiative focuses on the design, development, and delivery of a brand-new operational reporting portal. As a Senior Developer, you will re-platform existing WebFOCUS reports—including all underlying business logic, complex SQL, and data transformation rules-into a modern web application featuring a Java backend and Angular frontend. The solution will be hosted within the Ministry's Azure environment and must comply with Ontario Public Service (OPS) architecture, security, and accessibility (AODA) standards.
