Role Overview:

You will assess and document impacts across the application stack—including UI, middleware, database, reporting, security, and infrastructure—related to technical upgrades, patching, and evolving business requirements. Responsibilities also include effort estimation, sprint planning, DevOps updates, and test plan validation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Public Sector Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience with public sector health projects
• Familiarity with Ministry IT project approval processes
• Understanding of public sector enterprise architecture standards and technical documentation practices
• Knowledge of the Unified I&IT Project Methodology and gating processes
