Job summary

McKesson Canada is seeking an experienced Full Stack Liferay Developer to join the B2B Customer Portal team. This role will support design, development, implementation, enhancement, and operational support of secure, reliable, and scalable customer-facing portal solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA, UX designers, and external partners to deliver high‑quality digital experiences using Liferay and modern front‑end and back‑end

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Liferay DXP.
• Experience with Java, Spring, REST services, and enterprise app development.
• Experience developing Liferay OSGi modules, portlets, services, workflows, themes, or client extensions.
• Full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Angular).
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and integrating enterprise apps.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL).
• Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and implement customer portal solutions using Liferay DXP.
• Develop full-stack capabilities across UI, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data layers.
• Build and maintain Liferay modules, portlets, workflows, themes, and content capabilities.
• Develop responsive, accessible frontend experiences using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into designs.
