Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building distributed systems with agile practices.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot).
• Understanding of microservice architecture, resiliency, scalability, security, and observability.
• Experience designing and implementing high-volume messaging and REST-based middleware.
• Knowledge of database modeling (relational or non-relational).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Exposure to cloud-based development principles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fast learner with a desire to continuously improve.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with exposure to cloud architectures and public cloud offerings to join our team in building a resilient, scalable, and secure cloud-based settlement platform. This role involves requirements refinement, architecture, design, implementation, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline creation following best software development and DevOps practices. In our agile environment, you will collaborate directly with users, product owners, business analysts, and technologists across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in refinement sessions to ensure requirements are clearly defined
• Write clean, scalable code and build automated tests
• Create CI/CD pipelines and enable telemetry capture
• Contribute to team standards and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience building distributed systems with agile practices
