Job summary

GoodTime is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable features powering our hiring intelligence platform. You will focus on JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with an emphasis on customer-centric architecture and test-driven development.

This is a remote-first, full-time Canada-based role. You will collaborate with product, design, and leadership to drive the technical roadmap and deliver impactful solutions across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of web development and the JavaScript ecosystem.
• Familiarity with observability and debugging tools like Datadog.
• Experience with cloud and data stores is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable features for our hiring intelligence platform.
• Debug and triage production issues reported by customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to plan feature development.
• Improve performance and stability across the product.
• Demonstrate new features to stakeholders at company-wide meetings.
• Own projects from concept through release.
• Continuously learn new technologies as the market evolves.
