About The Opportunity

At Jerry, we've redefined car ownership through innovative digital solutions. We're now expanding with Propelix, a new subsidiary focused on creating a SaaS platform for building and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots.

We're seeking a purpose-driven Senior Engineer to join our Chatbot Team at Propelix, where you'll develop a platform enabling businesses to create, deploy, and optimize AI-powered conversational solutions without extensive technical expertise.

This role offers the chance to be involved in all product development phases—from user communication and requirements gathering to development and deployment. You'll contribute as a product designer and planner while experiencing our vibrant geek culture.

The ideal candidate loves solving complex problems with clear, scalable solutions. Your passion for elegant software design and understanding of modern ecosystems will help us push the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs).

How you will make an impact

• Develop new features for our chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform, maintaining high engineering standards
• Create tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization for clients
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical users
• Utilize your knowledge of LLMs to enhance conversation flows and responses
• Help shape Propelix as a leading SaaS in conversational AI
• Support junior engineers and foster continuous learning

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
• Strong understanding of software principles and algorithms
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (primarily JavaScript, React, Node.js—knowledge of these is not mandatory)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Proficiency in JavaScript with clean coding practices
• Deep understanding of code performance, scalability, troubleshooting
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications
• Startup experience at high-growth companies is a plus

Bonus points for experience with LLMs, CI/CD, React Native, and open-source contributions.
