Highspring is seeking a Frontend Developer (React / React Native) to craft high-performance experiences across mobile and web. You’ll join a strong Agile squad delivering modern applications in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

As part of the role, you’ll build mobile and web apps, own features end-to-end, and collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams while pushing for performance, reliability, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development.
• Frontend engineering with React + React Native.
• Proven ability to ship mobile and web applications.
• Comfortable in fast-moving Agile environments.
• French required.

Responsibilities

• Build mobile and web applications using React and React Native.
• Deliver clean, scalable frontend code.
• Work with product, design, and architecture teams.
• Own features end-to-end from concept to production.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Push automation and testing (unit, integration, E2E).
• Raise the bar by challenging ideas and guiding technical decisions.
