Job summary

Capco seeks an experienced Senior Full-Stack Python Software Engineer to design and build modern digital platforms at the intersection of engineering, cloud technology, and financial services. You will work with Python, Django/Flask, Angular, and potentially ReactJS, translating business needs into practical solutions within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include CMS work (Wagtail), PostgreSQL integration, REST APIs, and cloud deployment with AWS, CI/CD, and testing.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
• Experience with Python web frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and Angular.
• Experience deploying on AWS with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack Python solutions using Django/Angular.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop and customize CMS capabilities (Wagtail) and integrate PostgreSQL.
• Build and consume REST APIs/microservices with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Participate in cloud-based apps using AWS, CI/CD, code reviews.
