About the Role

At Jerry.ai, we're expanding with Propelix, our new subsidiary focused on creating a SaaS platform for building and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots. We seek a purpose-driven Senior Engineer to join our Chatbot Team. You'll develop features for our SaaS platform, build tools for chatbot creation, collaborate with product teams, and help shape the future of conversational AI while supporting junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for our chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform with high engineering standards.
• Build tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical users.
• Apply understanding of LLM functionalities to optimize conversation flows.
• Support Propelix's growth as a leading SaaS in conversational AI.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning among team members.

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience with a degree in computer science or engineering.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (JavaScript, React, Node.js preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications.
• Startup experience at high-growth companies is a plus.
