Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable, high-performing applications across the full technology stack. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop modern user experiences, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

The role requires 5–7 years of full stack experience with Angular/React and Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI), plus strong REST/microservices and DevOps capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (Angular, React or similar).
• Strong back-end experience with Java (Spring Boot) OR Python (FastAPI).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, ELK).
• Experience with messaging platforms (Solace, MQ, Kafka).
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Ansible, HELM).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and independent work skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability and willingness to mentor junior developers.
• Experience building transactional/financial systems.
