Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer – Java / Angular to lead a high-performing engineering team building modern web applications and resilient backend services. You will design, implement, and operate scalable APIs and frontends using Angular and Java.

You will lead onshore and offshore teams, craft RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and drive CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding practices in an Agile environment. Salary ranges CA$90,000–CA$110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Software development experience building web applications and backend services.
• Angular and Java Spring Boot expertise.
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Kafka and Redis.
• Relational databases, SQL, and schema design knowledge.
• Experience with Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger and API testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Strong communication and agile collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic onshore/offshore team.
• Develop client-facing Angular applications and Java Spring Boot backends.
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and Kafka integrations.
• Write high-quality, tested code; promote test automation and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and engineering in Agile settings.
• Improve performance, scalability, and security of the applications.
