The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to step into a pivotal role on our growing engineering team. This isn’t a role for the faint of heart or the fringe contributor, it’s for someone who wants to build, lead, and leave their mark.

You’ll work side-by-side with our CTO to set the tone for our technical direction, while still staying deeply in the code. Think of it as a player-coach, someone who can bridge architecture and execution, code and communication, vision and reality.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading by doing, owning systems across the stack (frontend, backend, infra)
  • Providing clarity, mentorship, and technical guidance to the team
  • Translating vision into architecture and architecture into execution
  • Collaborating directly with the CTO, and acting as a connective force between technical leadership and the engineering team
  • Championing clean code, modern tooling, and scalable design
  • Embracing AI-driven tooling and automation to work smarter
  • Hiring, onboarding, and building the team you’ve always wanted to work on
  • Stepping into a broader leadership role as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have it all, but you do need to own where you’re at, take initiative to level up, and be the kind of teammate others trust to follow through

You might be our person if you have :

  • 7+ years of full stack experience (React, TypeScript, backend systems)
  • A working knowledge (or curiosity) for Golang, PostgreSQL, AWS
  • People management experience, and the emotional intelligence to work effectively across all levels, managing up, supporting your team, and collaborating across functions
  • A bias for action, ownership, and real outcomes
  • Experience working in fast-moving, ever-changing environments

You’ll stand out if you’ve also worked with :

  • Blockchain or Web3 technologies
  • Secure systems in fintech or regulated environments
  • Startups or scale-ups where you've worn a few hats, and worn them well
