Cognizant is seeking an Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support scalable web apps and cloud-based solutions. You will work with architects, stakeholders, DevOps, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.

Key responsibilities include building .NET and React applications, APIs, and database solutions; collaborating to translate requirements into technical designs; and contributing to CI/CD and application lifecycle management using modern cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing enterprise web apps with .NET and React.
• Hands-on with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience using GitHub, Azure DevOps, SonarQube and Artifactory in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud) and data platforms (ADLS/ADF, Databricks).
• Solid SDLC, unit testing, QA, and application support capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

About The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and supporting scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions that drive business outcomes. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, DevOps teams, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

In This Role, You Will

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET technologies and React.
• Build and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and application enhancements.
• Perform software testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and high-performing applications.
• Leverage modern DevOps and cloud technologies to support continuous integration, deployment, and application lifecycle management.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• Strong experience developing applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, or .NET Core).
• Proven hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar database technologies.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, and Artifactory in enterprise development environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, including Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, or similar data platform technologies.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), unit testing, quality assurance, and application support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and applicable plan terms.
