Role: Join our dynamic team at Equisoft/Sync as a Full-Stack Developer, where you'll collaborate with developers, team leads, architects, QAs, product owners, and business analysts to create innovative web-based solutions. You'll play a key role in analyzing, developing, and implementing features that empower users with self-service access to insurance policy information.

Below, is a brief description of the expected product the candidate will be working on

Equisoft/Sync revolutionizes access to insurance policy administration systems, providing advisors, agents, plan administrators, policyholders, and individual customers with the tools they need to track sales progress and consult policies. Our platform unleashes the full potential of data access, making information readily available and actionable.

Your Day with Equisoft:

• Create complex, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces using React.
  
• Build scalable backend solutions with .Net Core to support our growing applications.
  
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration of microservices.
  
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional frontend components.
  
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine user stories and translate them into technical tasks.
  
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  
• Optimize deployment processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems.
  
• Lead by example with exemplary coding practices, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
  
• Demonstrate completed work during sprint reviews, gather feedback, and incorporate it into future iterations for continuous improvement.
  

Requirements:

Technical

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or information Technology or College Diploma combined to 3 years of relevant experience.
  
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a full-stack .NET developer
  
• Solid understanding in front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular or React, with focus on modern front-end development practices and framework.
  
• Solid experience in building and consuming microservices and RESTful APIs
  
• Design and maintain SQL databases, including creating stored procedures, views, and triggers.
  
• Proficiency using source control (Git)
  
• Solid understanding of backend development concepts and experience with server-side technologies
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in both backend and frontend systems.
  
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize activities effectively.
  
• Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in web development.
  
• Excellent knowledge of French & English (spoken and written)
