Job summary

Finning Canada seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and evolve modern digital products. You will work with AI-assisted development tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise standards while partnering with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role reports to the Solutions Delivery Lead in Surrey or Edmonton, with a hybrid work model (2–3 days in the office).

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software solutions.
• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy modern full-stack applications and digital products.
• Build scalable cloud-native solutions using modern web, mobile, API, and integration technologies.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and agentic software engineering frameworks to accelerate solution delivery.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise engineering standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.
