Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced C# / ASP.NET Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a C#/ASP.NET Software Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, third-party libraries, and have a good eye for visual design and usability. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with an existing development team and product managers to create software solutions.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build application front ends that look great and are easy to use
• Develop new products for our AbaData Platform and customized tech solutons for our clients.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug and expand software.
• Maintain security and data protection settings.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
  
  

Who we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field is beneficial, but not required.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and native mobile applications (e.g. XCode, Android Studio)
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Experience of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C# .NET) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Dojo, Node.js)
• Experience with MS SQL Server Databases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail, organizational skills and analytical mind
• Familiarity with ESRI JSAPI development or other GIS development is a plus.
