About the Senior Full Stack Engineer AI & Automation Role

Were building Canadas most advanced AI-powered finance platform and were looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our AI & Automation team. This is one of the most exciting and impactful roles at Floatworking at the intersection of engineering automation and next-gen AI to eliminate manual financial tasks for our customers.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on this team youll lead the development of intelligent workflows that leverage AI agents LLMs and automation frameworks to dramatically improve the speed and simplicity of finance operations. Youll work across the stack to bring these experiences to lifedesigning backend infrastructure building polished frontend interfaces and working with product and design to ship high-quality high-impact features quickly.

Youll operate within a small cross-functional squad (engineering product design data) that owns a focused set of outcomes. Youll have autonomy ownership and the opportunity to directly shape the future of how Canadian businesses manage their finances using AI.
