Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a contractor to design and deliver enterprise Java/React solutions for a top investment client. You will collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and operations to understand requirements and implement scalable, Cloud-enabled software based on their technology preferences.

Responsibilities include delivering on time, sharing knowledge through demos and documentation, and maintaining robust CI/CD and testing practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Java in an enterprise environment covering the full development life cycle.
• Proficient in web development using React.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
• Experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in unit and integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and deliverables within the team for project delivery.
• Design software solutions by collaborating with portfolio managers, traders, and ops staff to understand requirements.
• Develop scalable solutions aligned with client technology biases.
• Provide knowledge transfer via demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions that are in line with client's technology biases, deliver efficiency and scalability, and enable new trading activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.
