We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead platform architecture evolution, maintain and extend existing systems, and design new capabilities. The role involves collaborating with product teams, engaging in code review, and contributing to our development standards. Our current tech stack includes React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, hosted on Heroku, with CI/CD via GitHub Actions. Adaptability and problem-solving skills are valued.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions
• Partnering with Product Managers and Data Analysts
• Designing and maintaining high-performance systems
• Applying dev ops practices for safe deployment and monitoring
• Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative culture

Qualifications:

• Strong frontend and backend development experience
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, databases, and cloud infrastructures
• Experience with APIs (REST/GraphQL/SOAP) and third-party integrations
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• At least 5 years in a product-focused tech role or equivalent

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 CAD annually, with stock options via our Equity Incentive Plan and other benefits.
