We are currently hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer based in our Head Office location in Burnaby. Please note that this is a hybrid role (3 days remote, 2 days onsite). Applicants outside the Greater Vancouver / Lower Mainland / Fraser Valley region or not willing to relocate will not be considered.

Role Overview : Support the evolution of Roadside Assistance systems and next-generation transportation solutions. Build scalable applications, tools, and dashboards to support critical operations and transition to platforms like Salesforce Field Service Cloud. Engage with innovative projects across Auto Service Centers, Evo, and Evolve mobility solutions.

Who you are :

• A collaborative, full-stack developer with strong architectural thinking and hands-on skills.
• Curious, problem solver, and proactive in resolving issues.
• Experienced in agile teams, back-end and front-end development, and modern cloud technologies.

What you’ll do :

• Design and develop full-stack solutions supporting BCAA’s initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data tools.
• Lead backend development and system integrations.
• Engage in platform upgrades and proof-of-concept projects.
• Maintain development pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and support system reliability.
• Implement microservices and data lake strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide mentorship.

What you bring :

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in React, AWS, NodeJS, Python, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, T-SQL, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with reports / dashboards using Power BI or MS Fabric is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Additional info : Internal applicants deadline : April 09, 2025. Salary range : $97,385 - $121,731 with performance bonuses. Benefits include health, wellness, pension, and employee perks.
