About The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced, full-cycle recruiter, someone who can manage both clients and candidates, and who enjoys building meaningful relationships.
You’ll inherit some active roles and warm leads, but we’re ideally looking for someone who’s comfortable growing their own client base over time.
This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and real career progression. Whether your passion is in legal, tech, or a niche you’ve been dying to build, this could be your playground. If you already have contacts or a network built out in a certain industry we're happy to chat about opening a division in that area.
What You’ll Be Doing- Source, interview, and assess top talent
- Build relationships with clients in legal, cybersecurity, and/or blockchain
- Maintain proper records and notes in ATS
- Handle negotiations and offer processes
- Post regularly on LinkedIn and engage your network
- Represent the agency online and at industry events
- Contribute to internal improvements and scaling strategies
Who You Are- 2+ years in a recruitment role at an agency
- Proven success in recruitment with closed placements in an agency setting
- Strong communicator with a process-oriented approach
- Bilingual (French/English) strongly preferred
An Asset- Comfortable networking online and in-person
- Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership potential
- Experience using Recruiter Flow
Bonus Points If You Have- Experience recruiting in legal, tech, crypto, or cybersecurity
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
- Your own ideas on how to scale a modern, niche agency
