The team develops ad formats that deliver compelling user experiences aligned with advertisers' marketing goals. Comprising frontend, backend, and mobile engineers, we are seeking a skilled frontend engineer with a product-focused mindset to join the New Ad Formats team.

The Ads Formats Organization aims to enhance existing ad formats by improving user experiences and meeting advertisers' objectives. Our focus includes:

• Building new ad formats with engaging functionality for advertisers
• Enabling formats across various surfaces and placements
• Establishing product-market fit
• Iterating based on advertiser feedback and needs
• Building infrastructure for faster iteration

What We’re Working On :

• Developing new ad formats from prototyping to launch and iteration for product-market fit
• Improving the technical foundations for Ad Formats

What We Are Looking For :

• Proficiency in frontend engineering, with at least X years of software development experience
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering
• Willingness to develop data-intensive, responsive, and fault-tolerant apps within smartphone constraints
• Openness to exploring innovative software approaches
• Willingness to work full stack for backend modifications when necessary
