About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking digital agency, is seeking a talented Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Angular to join their team in Kimberley. This role will involve creating engaging and responsive user interfaces for a variety of web applications and client projects. You will work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate concepts into high-quality, functional code. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks, primarily Angular .
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues across various browsers and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong proficiency with the Angular framework and its ecosystem (TypeScript, RxJS).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx).
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Angular CLI.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
