Job summary

nesto, Canada’s leading mortgage technology provider, is seeking an accomplished Front-End Engineer to join Nesto Cloud. You will work on a modern tech stack, drive frontend initiatives, and deliver end-to-end technology solutions for lenders in the digital age.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Front-End development
• Extensive experience with Typescript, React ecosystem (Next.js is a plus) and modern state management libraries
• Strong expertise in CSS/SASS, modern CSS frameworks and responsive design
• Experience with frontend performance optimization and monitoring
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns
• Ability to anticipate business impact and technical risks
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions and drive change, with leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across levels
• Commitment to writing high-quality code and continuous learning
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, testing methodologies and agile processes
• Passion for software development and growth

• Collaborate on and lead complex technical projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery while maintaining technical excellence.

Who we are looking for
