Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in front-end architecture and web performance optimization.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with 2D HTML5 game frameworks like Phaser or CreateJS.
• Experience with 2D/3D JS libraries such as PixiJS and ThreeJS.
• Strong understanding of Canvas API rendering and pixel-level manipulation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality playable ads and interactive units from storyboards and assets.
• Implement gameplay mechanics, interactivity, transitions, and animations.
• Integrate designers’ assets across environments.
• Optimize performance, file size, and reliability while preserving art quality.
• Implement tracking and analytics to measure creative performance.
• Perform self-QA and deliver production-ready builds with minimal oversight.
• Own assigned projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and build quality.
• Deliver dependable, high-quality work within timelines.
