As a Senior Front-End Engineer at Spring, you will lead the development of clean, accessible, and resilient UIs. You will architect and deliver critical front-end systems that power both customer and internal experiences, while also contributing to the back-end services and integrations that support them.
You will guide cross-team projects that shape our front-end architecture, design systems, and platform integrations. Your role involves clarifying complex UX challenges, proposing scalable solutions, and elevating consistency, performance, and accessibility across the product. You will take full ownership of testing and validation, helping define standards for test coverage, automation, and CI reliability. Leading by example, you will build robust test pyramids and ensure visual regression and performance risks are minimized.
You will partner with leadership, PMs, designers, and stakeholders to align priorities with user and business goals. You will represent front-end interests in cross-functional discussions — from accessibility and UI security to platform adoption and internal mentorship.
Please note: Upon applying, our Talent Acquisition team will review your resume.
