About this team
The Outbound Logistics Strategy & Optimization team develops and executes long-term logistics strategies and optimizes the logistics network. They collaborate with Logistics Operations, internal stakeholders, and logistics vendors to deliver top-tier logistics solutions. Reporting to the Director of Outbound Logistics Strategy & Optimization, the Senior Specialist, Freight Audit & Spend, ensures that lululemon's outbound logistics spend is accurately invoiced, coded, and paid on time. The role involves working closely with external Freight Audit & Pay partners, vendors, carriers, finance, and logistics teams.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical salary range is $81,500 - $107,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include health and dental, mental health, paid time off, retirement matching, employee discounts, fitness classes, parental top-up, development programs, mentorship, and leadership series. Eligibility for some benefits depends on specific criteria. The company may modify these offerings at any time.
Workplace Arrangement
