Job summary

Wenco, a Hitachi Construction Machinery subsidiary, seeks a Senior Business Analyst, Finance to partner with leaders in FP&A and operations. You will deliver financial analysis, strategic insights, and process improvements to enhance visibility and performance across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong modeling skills, and experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or other professional designation asset.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning, analysis, modeling, and performance management.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Dayforce) and BI tools (Power BI) including reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A analyses, business case development, profitability assessments, and strategic decision support.
• Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable business decisions.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
