Behavox is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core financial model, forecast SaaS economics, and evaluate acquisitions. The role sits in a hybrid environment across Canada with offices in Toronto and Montreal, reporting to the Finance team.

You will turn data into actionable insights for leadership and investors. Ideal candidates understand three-statement models, drive budgets, and apply automation to financial processes while maintaining integrity and judgment.

Qualifications

• Understands integrated three-statement and operating models with SaaS revenue recognition.
• Knows bottom-up forecasting and SaaS unit economics and drivers.
• Experience with acquisition valuation, due diligence, and integration.
• Strong financial analytics and ability to challenge results.

Responsibilities

• Owns core three-statement and operating model with budgets and scenarios.
• Builds valuations and pro-forma models for acquisitions and consolidations.
• Drives monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with clear narratives.
• Diagnoses SaaS metric movements and advises on actionable levers.
• Leverages AI and automation to improve workflows while validating results.
