WestJet is seeking a Senior Fleet Engineer to join our team. This individual will exhibit a high standard of excellence, enjoys challenges, and is results driven. The incumbent must be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work in an agile environment.
The Senior Fleet Engineer reports to the Sr. Manager, In-Service Engineering and is responsible for research, planning, implementation, and the support of technical changes to aircraft configuration, In-Service campaigns and maintenance program, in their specific assigned areas. These technical changes consist of airframe and component Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Letters, major and minor modifications, repairs, and any other alterations made to aircraft and aeronautical products. The Senior Fleet Engineer is also responsible for program compliance, modification status reporting, as well providing engineering assistance to all applicable teams within Technical Operations and WestJet.
