Job Summary :

They are seeking a Senior FinTech Project Manager to drive the successful execution of complex, high-impact initiatives as part of a major technology modernization effort.
  • This role is key to a transformative program aimed at implementing the ISO messaging standard, enhancing payment data richness, and strengthening fraud mitigation through a centralized fraud utility service. Operating in a fast-paced Agile environment, this position requires a strategic leader who can align product, technology, and business objectives to deliver critical projects.

Job Duties :

  • Project Leadership : Manage end-to-end execution of complex initiatives, collaborating across product, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Agile Execution & Cross-Team Collaboration : Lead Agile squads, working with Product Owners and technical leads to deliver solutions efficiently.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop delivery plans, manage dependencies, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with executives and external partners to align priorities and facilitate decision-making.
  • Risk & Change Management : Identify risks and manage changes proactively, ensuring clarity in scope and timelines.
  • Reporting : Provide performance metrics and risk analysis to leadership and enterprise teams.

Required Experience :

  • Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional projects in Agile environments.
  • Financial industry expertise with understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing dependencies across teams and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Ability to navigate hybrid methodologies, balancing Agile and waterfall processes.
  • Certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe, PMP) are advantageous.
