Job summary

Attain Finance, operating as Cash Money®, LendDirect®, and Heights Finance, seeks a Senior Financial Service Representative for our Brampton location. This developmental role emphasizes customer service excellence and leadership, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic financial services environment.

You will represent the Attain Finance brands, engage customers, and support store operations. The role includes training, flexible scheduling, and participation in bonus programs and benefits

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

The role of the Senior Financial Service Representative is a developmental position, whereby you have proven yourself in the Financial Service Representative position and have also expressed interest in continuing to develop and grow.

In addition, you will:

• Be a proud brand ambassador

Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Wages: $21.25 - $27.25

The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the provincial average. The actual base hourly offered for this full‑time position will be determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

All full‑time employees are eligible for benefits effective on their first day of employment, including paid time off, health benefits, basic life insurance, disability coverage, and optional voluntary life benefits. Employees are also eligible to participate in the Company’s RRSP/DPSP program after three (3) months of employment, including company matching contributions.
