Role : The Team Lead Financial Reporting Analyst reports to the AVP Finance, working closely with other Financial Analysts. Responsibilities include preparing external financial statements, month-end close, assisting with reporting for the executive team, and supporting audits.

Your Day with Equisoft :

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and currencies

Prepare and review journal entries and complex accounting transactions

Analyze and reconcile financial accounts

Participate in process improvements and special projects

Coordinate with business units and auditors

Requirements : Technical :

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

4-6 years of accounting and financial reporting experience

Strong IFRS knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Fluent in English and French

Soft Skills :

Organizational and prioritization skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills

Resilience, energy, and team spirit

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Haves :

Experience with Netsuite and IFRS 15

Experience in Big Six accounting firms

Experience with multi-site, multi-currency entities
