Advisory Group, you will work closely with other team members by providing
high-level expertise in this field while optimizing business opportunities. We

- Assessing and identifying clients' financial planning
needs and proposing tailored solutions. - Making financial projections to provide personalized
advice covering the seven key areas of financial planning to help our clients
achieve their life goals. - Collaborating with our wealth management advisors,
internal partners, and client expert stakeholders to offer high-quality
support. - Establishing a trust-based relationship with clients
to ensure their loyalty and initiating proposals that go beyond their needs. - Answering questions from investment advisors and other
team members in the field of financial planning and providing training and
coaching so they can better advise their clients. - Working closely with other team experts, including
estate planners, tax specialists, insurance specialists, etc. - Keeping up with market trends and proposing necessary
adjustments to the Group's service offering. - Acting as a leader in your area of expertise and
maintaining internal and external visibility to build and develop strong
business relationships. - Managing multiple complex cases with tight deadlines.
- Identifying and developing business opportunities by
redirecting clients to our internal partners (individual networks, commercial,
insurance, etc.). - Contributing to the improvement of financial planning
tools and the evolution of work processes.
Your team:
You will be part of a team of just over 40 people
working in wealth management. The Khalil Advisory Group, affiliated with
National Bank Financial, manages nearly 4 billion in assets and serves a
diverse clientele (professionals, specialists, entrepreneurs, etc.).
This is a permanent full-time position, with a minimum
of three days per week in person. We have business locations in Quebec City,
Rivière-du-Loup, and Rimouski. You will ideally be based at our Quebec City
office and may occasionally be required to travel to other cities.
Prerequisites:
- Completed bachelor's degree in accounting, finance,
economics, law, or actuarial science and five to ten years of relevant
experience - Obtained financial planner title (Pl. Fin.)
- Master's
degree or Graduate Diploma in Taxation (M. Fisc, DESS) or completion of CPA
Canada's "In-Depth Tax Course" is an asset - Good knowledge of the investment and wealth management
field - Ability to communicate complex financial planning
concepts simply, comprehensively, and practically - Listening skills necessary to understand clients'
sensitive issues - Results-oriented and planning skills
- Ability to quickly generate interest and trust
- Developed sense of client relationships (internal and
external)
