Job summary

CIBC Winnipeg is seeking a Senior Financial Planner to manage a large client portfolio, deliver comprehensive financial advice, and mentor a team of advisors. You will lead relationship management, investment, estate, retirement, tax planning, and credit planning to secure clients' futures and growth.

This role supports Imperial Service and may involve travel between centres. Qualifications include postsecondary degree and CIRO certifications; CFP preferred.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or 4 years of relevant experience.
• CIRO-ID certification and CIRO-MFD licensing are required.
• CFP certification upon hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a large client portfolio and provide dedicated relationship management.
• Deliver comprehensive financial advice including investment, estate, retirement, tax and credit planning.
• Mentor a team of advisors to deliver consistent advice and client service.
• Be flexible to work banking centre hours and travel to multiple centres within a reasonable distance.
